"In 2014, we decided to work with Lloiden to purchase a new home. Our initial meeting was very thorough. Her detailed analysis of how to review potential homes, what to look for in listings we find, and what pitfalls to avoid during our process made our experience close to seamless. We did not feel  blindsided by anything - mostly because she helped us understand some milestones in our timeline that can be the most challenging. Even with listings that may not have been quite suitable for us, but had a good appeal, Lloiden's honest analysis helped us make informed decisions for our family. 

During our search for a new home, we knew Lloiden had other clients, however, her responsiveness did not show it. She always returned emails or communication within less than a few hours. The great service we expected, she definitely delivered! There was even a major setback in our transaction. Our loan officer, that we worked with before having a realtor, did not notify us and left her lending company after we were already in contract! We already had the offer accepted and thought both the real estate end and financial end were working in parallel to each other. However, in the middle of our timeline, Lloiden found out that our file had not progressed for days. It may not sound like a big deal, but in a major contract, like buying a house, days can mean a huge loss of money for both parties, or worse, loss of the deal altogether!! To make up for this setback, Lloiden aggressively communicated with our lending company to make them put more of a priority on our file. She went to bat for us and held them accountable for the missed time. Instead of any fees we might have incurred, she made them agree to take on the extra expenses. On top of that, she contacted the selling agent to make sure they felt some compassion for us meeting the financial deadlines. She made sure they understood that this was an issue that was not brought on buy us, but by our former lending agent.

Overall, Lloiden had a great work ethic and knows her real estate. She is definitely someone you want to have on your team when you're negotiating and managing the multiple facets of a real estate transaction. She knows her stuff and you won't be disappointed when you choose her as your realtor!"
